Role Description
The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located at our offices in downtown Calgary, AB. The role involves supporting sales operations by identifying potential leads, coordinating proposal efforts, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring disciplined administration of leads and tenders. This role blends relationship management, market research, proposal coordination, and internal alignment. Collaboration and organization are key in this dynamic position to help drive sales and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
- Experience in Customer Service with the ability to address client inquiries effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
- Proficiency with sales software and tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in a similar role or environment is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an advantage
