Reports to: Creative Directors / Operations Director

THE ROLE

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing ideas to life across a wide range of creative projects. You'll work closely with our Creative Director, strategists, and project managers to develop design solutions that are both visually strong and strategically grounded. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their craft, enjoys collaboration, and thrives in an environment where design is guided by strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

• Design brand identities, campaigns, publications, reports, and digital materials
• Translate strategic direction into clear and compelling visual design
• Develop layout systems, visual concepts, and design refinements across projects
• Contribute to creative brainstorming and concept development
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital delivery
• Work collaboratively with copywriters, strategists, and external partners
• Support the development of brand systems and design guidelines
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Take direction from Creative Directors and apply feedback accurately

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, editorial, and campaign work
• Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
• Strong attention to detail and production knowledge
• Ability to think conceptually and solve design problems
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction while contributing ideas
• Comfort working on multiple projects with shifting priorities
