- Monitor community engagement and respond appropriately to comments and inquiries.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase audience growth and engagement.
CRM, Email Marketing and Audience Engagement

Reporting, Analytics and Digital Engagement
- Monitor and analyze engagement across the Institute's digital communications channels.
- Produce regular reports summarizing communications performance, including social media and email analytics.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations that help inform future communications strategies and campaigns.
Additional Communications Support
- Write and edit a wide range of communications materials, including newsletters, fundraising appeals, marketing emails, website and advertising copy, brochures, and other institutional communications.
- Support the development of communications strategies, communications plans and marketing materials for research projects, organizational initiatives and special campaigns.
- Support website publishing and digital content management as required.
- Assist with podcast production and promotion as required.
- Provide logistical communications support during in-person, virtual and hybrid events.
Skills, qualifications and experience
- Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, journalism, political science, public policy or a related field, combined with relevant professional experience.
- Excellent writing skills in either French or English, with the ability to communicate clearly in the other official language.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable interpreting analytics and using data to improve communications performance.
- Experience developing and implementing digital communications strategies.
- Experience managing editorial calendars.
- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems; experience with HubSpot is a strong asset.
